Wyatt Horner Commits to Colorado School of Mines

Golden, CO –– Wyatt Horner has officially committed to Colorado School of Mines, where he will continue his academic and basketball career at the NCAA Division II level.
Horner put together an outstanding high school career at Redmond High School, establishing himself as one of the top players in Oregon and one of the most accomplished players in school history. He was a 4-year varsity letter winner, a 3-time All-League selection, a 2-time All-State selection, and finished his career as Redmond High School’s all-time leading scorer with 1,509 career points.
As a senior, Horner continued to lead at a high level, averaging 23.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, 2.4 assists, and 1.3 steals per game. His production, consistency, and leadership earned him 1st Team All-League honors and 2nd Team All-Staterecognition, closing out one of the best careers in Redmond High School basketball history.
At the next level, Horner will join Colorado School of Mines, a strong NCAA Division II program known for its combination of academic excellence and competitive athletics. His commitment reflects the work he has put in throughout his high school career and gives him the opportunity to continue developing against high-level college competition.
